Function as the focal point for all field coordination Chair weekly field coordination meetingsMonitor contractor schedule complianceMonitor contractor quality assuranceMonitor contractor safety complianceCollect, analyze and file contractor daily reportsControl site logistics site access & laydown areasFacilitate functional and safety buy-offAssess completion for invoicingDevelop punch lists and drive to completionDemonstrated expertise in field:
Mech (ventilation/Dry rooms/Compressed air / chilled water systems) Electrical (15k and 480kV power distribution), Arch/Civil/Structural (Steel erection/clean/dry room construction experience)Required
Qualifications:
Preferred- Degree in Engineering or Construction ManagementStrong Architectural/Mechanical/Electrical background requiredTen (10) years experience in Construction management.
