Responsibilities:
Perform daily assigned tasks related to septic and waterproofing projects.
Demonstrate familiarity with fittings, pipes, and tools required for trenching and coring holes.
Install, repair, and maintain septic tanks, drain fields, pumps, and related components.
Conduct waterproofing installations, repairs, and maintenance to prevent water intrusion in basements and foundations.
Utilize techniques such as crack injections, polyurethane injections, grouting, sealing, and other methods to stop water and infiltration in concrete structures.
Act as a laborer, which may include digging holes by hand and with equipment, lifting heavy objects (up to 100 pounds), and performing bending and stooping tasks.
Be willing to work in small areas such as crawlspaces and manholes.
Uphold a professional and customer-centric attitude while representing the company on-site.
Demonstrate forward-thinking abilities, taking initiative with little direction, and practicing common sense and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
3 years experience of pipe/drain installation and plumbing Experience with digging by hand and with an excavator In-depth knowledge of septic system components, functions, and repair techniques.
Familiarity with waterproofing methods, materials, and industry standards.
Ability to perform labor-intensive tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in confined spaces.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed.
Valid driver's license
