Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Location:
Manteno, IL Do you possess a passion for helping students with diverse needs to reach their maximum potential? If yes, then you are the one we're searching for! We are currently looking for a motivated and dedicated full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school district in Manteno, IL for the upcoming academic year.
What You'll Do:
Provide targeted, evidence-based therapeutic intervention to facilitate student participation and functional independence.
Design and implement personalized objectives for students based on their individual needs.
Manage a caseload of 49 students with diverse disabilities such as SLD and SLP.
Provide therapy in a one-on-one and group setting, conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments.
Collaborate with teachers and parents on intervention strategies.
Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss progress and updates on IEP goals.
What We're Looking For:
Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
CF candidates are also welcome.
Experience working with IEPs; proficiency in the use of Easy IEP is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Dedication to bring positive change to our students.
Please note that we are only considering on-site candidates for this role, and SLPA applications will not be considered.
Remote work is also not an option for this position.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
