Path Engineering
RoleAs a Production Supervisor (also known as Operations Leader, Manufacturing Supervisor), you'll be a hands-on leader, responsible for safety, quality, cost, and morale across multiple production lines.
You'll spend at least 80% of your time in production areas, supporting operations activities, leading shift meetings, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
You'll also support continuous improvement initiatives, employee training, and new product trials.

Qualifications3
years of experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in a food manufacturing setting.
Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality/hygiene requirements in food manufacturing.
Strong management, leadership, organizational, and scheduling skills.
Experience with Microsoft Works and Root Cause Analysis exercises.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
Bilingual in Spanish or Hindi is a plus.
Ability to work in a cold environment, wear required PPE, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand for up to 8 hours at a time.
